At last.. After a long winter, spring is almost there. Together with Belgian opening of cycling season, the Biking Bar will open its doors again. First evening on Friday 25 February. Also on Saturday and Sunday for the first time again bicycle rental service (without having to make reservation in advance) in the morning. Also open in the afternoon till evening. These are the openings hours till begin of April: and Easter Holiday:

Wednesday afternoon	15.00 till 20.30 hrs
Friday afternoon-evening	16.00 hrs till ? (closing time)
Saturday	9.30 – 12.00 hrs and 14.30 till 21.00 hrs
Sunday	9.30 – 12.00 hrs and 14.30 till 21.00 hrs

On tour with the Biking Box-picknick e-bike!

Enjoy cycling and happy food from de Westhoek (Flanders Fields) with our electrical picknick-bicycle. Min. 4 to max. 8 persons can get our picknick-box in this specific bicycle. Including fresh drinks. Groups pay 50 EUR for this picknick bicycle if they also hire other bicycles from Biking Box. Only this picknick-bicycle? Then 70 EUR is the price for a day. Rental bicycle service from Biking Box: temporarily at the E-bike shop in Menenstraat 36 during winter closure

Because of very urgent renovation works we had to close the Biking Bar during winter (no isolation, impossible to get a good temperature as long as windows has not been replaced by the owner of the building). But all rental bicycles are still available at our partner's shop: the E-bike shop 'Cool Electro Cycles', very nearby, into direction of the Menin Gate, at number 36. If you still want to visit the Biking Bar, e.g. for our shop, please make an appointment by phone or e-mail? We can even open the place to give you the bicycles ourselves. Or to receive afterwards. On Sundays and Mondays, the E-bike shop is closec. So call or mail us to be there for your bike delivery! Of course we hope to re-open as soon as possible! Despite all covid-troubles, there is no doubt at all that Biking Box and the Biking Bar will continue in 2022 and if it's up to us, still many years afterwards!
