Biking Box – bicycles can be found at the Biking Bar bicycle experience center, Menenstraat 15, between the Menin Gate and the Grote Markt. If Biking Box is closed, you can still collect our bicycles by appointment. Rates and all different types of available bicycles can be found below.

Are you considering a fully guided bike tour, multi day tour or team building activity with a cycling guide, Kurt and or colleagues? Book your bicycle package quickly and directly via our new online booking program. Specifically, do you want to go out for 1 or more days with our Biking Box bicycles? The advantage of this system is a direct and automated reservation including email reminders, up to 2 days in advance. And no more hassle with payment on site, while free cancellation due to, for example, weather that is too bad for cycling remains possible.

Would you still prefer to pay in cash only on the day itself when collecting the bicycles? Or use your bank card then? This remains possible. Please note, however, that a reservation made without payment is still binding. Not showing up without notice after making a reservation means automatic invoicing of the original full bicycle rental amount.

For guided tours, team building activities or other special requests, as well as for very large groups, companies or schools, the other request button, contact form remains the recommended option. For this, slightly more detailed communication in advance is recommended, and the price calculation is also subject to various other parameters.

Please note, in the reservation form, the field “body height” is not mandatory. However, in the case of racing bikes or off road bikes, we do ask you to provide this information, as the correct frame size plays a crucial role here. For these types of sports bikes, you also choose the size of the available models in advance. For other bicycles, except children’s bicycles, knowing your body height is only of some importance if you can be described as either rather short or rather tall. This helps us to prepare or set aside a slightly larger or smaller bicycle for you in that case.

The HEIGHT input line is an open text field. You can easily enter multiple heights for several people one after the other if it concerns a family or friends booking. Or, if necessary, add other specific comments.

FREE parking tip: leave your car at the municipal swimming pool, Leopold III-laan. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk along the outside of the ramparts. Via the Menin Gate you can reach both rental locations. On Sundays and public holidays, parking in the city center is free.
