Would you prefer to pay with cash on the day of your bike pickup? Or use your debit card only then? This is still possible. However, please be aware that a reservation made without payment is binding. Unannounced no-shows after booking will automatically result in a charge of 50% of the original bike rental fee.
If you want to pay cash or prefer to wait for paying on the pick-up day is still allowed to use the other booking link.
Same story for guided tours, team-building activities, or other special requests, as well as for very large groups (e.g. schools & enterprises), the other request button (contact form) remains recommended in order to open our communication line.
Please note: the “(body) height” field is not required while filling in your booking. However, for racing bikes or off-road bikes, we do ask that you specify this, as the correct frame size plays a crucial role. Incidentally, for these types of sports bikes, you select the size of the available models in advance. For other bikes (except children’s bikes), it’s only relevant to know your height if it qualifies as either “rather small” or “rather large.” This helps us prepare a slightly larger or smaller bike for you, or keep it aside.
The LENGTH line is an open field. Feel free to enter multiple heights for multiple people in succession if it’s a family or friend booking. Or add other extra remarks when you think this might be helpful.
Would you still prefer to communicate via traditional E-mail or phone? That’s still possible. Especially for guided tours, it’s still advisable to discuss everything in more detail. But for easy e-bike or classic bike rentals, direct online booking with equally immediate reservation confirmation is recommended.
